Xoá dữ liệu trong ứng dụng

BeanCue không yêu cầu người dùng tạo tài khoản hoặc đăng nhập. Để xoá dữ liệu được lưu trên thiết bị:

1. Mở BeanCue và vào mục Gear / Settings.
2. Chọn Xoá hết dữ liệu và xác nhận.

Thao tác này xoá hạt cà phê, dụng cụ, công thức đã lưu, lịch sử pha, ghi chú và cài đặt nhắc nhở trên thiết bị. Dữ liệu đã xoá cục bộ không thể khôi phục từ BeanCue.

Xoá review đã đăng

Bạn có thể mở công thức đã review, kéo tới review của mình và chọn Xoá review. Thao tác này xoá nickname/tên hiển thị, số sao và nội dung review đã đăng của bạn khỏi dữ liệu review của công thức.

Không còn truy cập được ứng dụng

Gửi yêu cầu tới hoangvanan2509@gmail.com với tiêu đề BeanCue data deletion request. Vui lòng cung cấp nickname/tên hiển thị và công thức liên quan để chúng tôi xác định review cần xoá. Chúng tôi sẽ xoá dữ liệu review liên quan trong thời gian hợp lý và phản hồi qua email.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

BeanCue không giữ dữ liệu nhật ký, hạt, dụng cụ, công thức đã lưu hoặc ghi chú trên máy chủ. Dữ liệu Analytics ở dạng tổng hợp có thể được giữ theo thời hạn của Firebase và không dùng để hiển thị hồ sơ cá nhân. Chúng tôi có thể giữ lại thông tin tối thiểu cần thiết để xử lý yêu cầu hỗ trợ hoặc đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Delete data in the app

BeanCue does not require users to create an account or sign in. To delete data stored on your device:

1. Open BeanCue and go to Gear / Settings.
2. Select Delete all data and confirm.

This deletes beans, gear, saved recipes, brew history, notes and reminder settings stored on that device. Locally deleted data cannot be restored from BeanCue.

Delete a published review

Open the recipe containing your review, find your review and select Delete review. This removes the display name, rating and review text that you submitted for that recipe.

If you no longer have access to the app

Email hoangvanan2509@gmail.com with the subject BeanCue data deletion request. Include the display name and recipe involved so we can identify the review. We will remove the related review data within a reasonable period and reply by email.

Data we retain

BeanCue does not store journal, bean, gear, saved recipe or note data on its servers. Aggregated Analytics data may be retained under Firebase’s retention practices and is not used to display a personal profile. We may retain the minimum information needed to handle a support request or comply with a legal obligation.
