Phạm vi áp dụng

Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng Android BeanCue. BeanCue là ứng dụng hướng dẫn pha cà phê, ghi nhật ký pha, quản lý hạt và dụng cụ, đồng thời cho phép người dùng đánh giá công thức.

Dữ liệu được lưu trên thiết bị

BeanCue lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị của bạn các thông tin như hạt cà phê, dụng cụ, công thức đã lưu, lần pha, ghi chú, điểm đánh giá cá nhân và cài đặt nhắc nhở. Những dữ liệu này không được gửi lên máy chủ chỉ vì bạn sử dụng các chức năng nhật ký thông thường.

Dữ liệu bạn chủ động đăng lên cộng đồng

Khi bạn gửi review cho một công thức, BeanCue có thể lưu trên Firebase Firestore: nickname/tên hiển thị, số sao, nội dung review, mã công thức và thời điểm gửi. Review và nickname có thể được hiển thị công khai cho người dùng khác trong ứng dụng.

BeanCue sử dụng Firebase Anonymous Authentication để nhận diện review của cùng một thiết bị và cho phép bạn sửa hoặc xoá review của mình. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu bạn tạo tài khoản hoặc cung cấp mật khẩu.

Phân tích sử dụng

BeanCue sử dụng Firebase Analytics để đo các sự kiện tổng hợp như màn hình được mở, công thức được xem, timer được bắt đầu, lần pha hoàn tất và điểm đánh giá. Ứng dụng không gửi nội dung ghi chú tự do, nickname hoặc tên hạt vào các sự kiện Analytics.

Website BeanCue

Website BeanCue dùng Google Analytics, qua Firebase, để đo lượt xem trang và một số thao tác: mở công thức, lọc theo phương pháp, từ khoá tìm kiếm, đổi ngôn ngữ và bấm sang Google Play. Website không gửi tên, email hay thông tin nào dùng để nhận diện bạn.

Cookie phân tích chỉ được đặt sau khi bạn bấm Đồng ý ở banner. Nếu bạn từ chối hoặc chưa chọn, website không đặt cookie, chỉ gửi tín hiệu ẩn danh để Google ước lượng số liệu tổng. Bạn đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào bằng link Tuỳ chọn phân tích ở cuối trang. Website không chạy quảng cáo.

Bên thứ ba và chia sẻ dữ liệu

BeanCue sử dụng Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore và Firebase Analytics do Google cung cấp. Các dịch vụ này xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ. BeanCue không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng quảng cáo trong phiên bản hiện tại.

Website BeanCue có thể chứa link affiliate tới Amazon. Là thành viên Amazon Associates, BeanCue nhận hoa hồng từ các đơn hàng đủ điều kiện. Khi bạn bấm một link như vậy, Amazon có thể đặt cookie để ghi nhận đơn hàng, theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Amazon. BeanCue không gửi dữ liệu nhật ký, công thức hay gu vị của bạn cho Amazon.

Dữ liệu truyền giữa ứng dụng và dịch vụ mạng được bảo vệ bằng kết nối HTTPS khi dịch vụ hỗ trợ.

Xoá dữ liệu

Bạn có thể xoá dữ liệu nhật ký, hạt và dụng cụ trên thiết bị từ mục Gear trong BeanCue. Review đã đăng có thể được xoá từ chính công thức đó. Nếu cần hỗ trợ xoá dữ liệu review nhưng không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy liên hệ qua email bên dưới và cung cấp nickname cùng công thức liên quan. Xem đầy đủ các bước tại trang xoá dữ liệu.

Trẻ em

BeanCue không hướng tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em dưới độ tuổi này.

Scope

This policy applies to the BeanCue Android app. BeanCue helps people follow coffee recipes, log brews, manage beans and gear, and review recipes.

Data stored on your device

BeanCue stores beans, gear, saved recipes, brew history, personal notes, personal ratings and reminder settings locally on your device. These journal records are not uploaded merely because you use the normal logging features.

Data you choose to publish

When you submit a recipe review, BeanCue may store your display name or nickname, rating, review text, recipe ID and submission time in Firebase Cloud Firestore. Reviews and display names may be visible to other users of the app.

BeanCue uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to associate a review with the same device and to let you edit or delete your own review. The app does not require an account, password or sign-in screen.

Analytics

BeanCue uses Firebase Analytics for aggregated product events such as screens viewed, recipes opened, timers started, completed brews and ratings. The app does not send free-form notes, nicknames or bean names as Analytics event parameters.

BeanCue website

The BeanCue website uses Google Analytics, through Firebase, to measure page views and a few actions: opening a recipe, filtering by method, search terms, switching language and tapping through to Google Play. The website does not send your name, email or anything else that identifies you.

Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept in the banner. If you decline or have not chosen, the website sets no cookies and only sends anonymous signals that let Google estimate overall numbers. You can change your choice at any time with the Analytics settings link at the bottom of the page. The website does not show ads.

Third parties and sharing

BeanCue uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Analytics provided by Google. Those services process data under their own privacy terms. BeanCue does not sell personal data and does not show ads in the current version.

The BeanCue website may contain affiliate links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, BeanCue earns from qualifying purchases. When you click such a link, Amazon may set cookies to attribute the purchase, under Amazon's own privacy notice. BeanCue does not send your journal, recipes or taste data to Amazon.

Data sent between the app and network services is protected by HTTPS when supported by the service.

Deleting your data

You can delete local brew, bean and gear data from the Gear section in BeanCue. A submitted review can be deleted from the relevant recipe. If you need help deleting a review but can no longer access the app, contact us with the display name and recipe involved. See the full steps on our data deletion page.

Children’s privacy

BeanCue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
